Mentorsphir is the platform to run your mentoring programs at scale. It helps organisations match mentors with mentees, track their progress, and measure impact — all in one place.
Each organisation gets its own isolated, branded environment. Matching can be self-select, manually paired by an admin, or speed-matched using a weighted compatibility score. Relationships are structured around mentoring agreements, personal and shared goal tracking, and meeting scheduling with automated reminders.
Mentorsphir also supports group mentoring sessions, a searchable resource library, private and group messaging, file sharing, and a direct WhatsApp link between mentor and mentee. Programme owners get usage statistics, exportable reports, customisable evaluation surveys, and completion certificates — with email OTP two-factor authentication, data segregation, and audit trails for oversight.
